    No, you do not have to make any changes to your existing practice management software in order to use our software.
    No, due to using the latest connections available from payers, we are able to return accurate, real-time data (same data as is available to the payers themselves), and in addition, we are able to view the comprehensive patient benefits. With our evolving work with connection partners, we are moving towards complete digital transparency, a first in the insurance industry.
    Our services are in accordance with HIPAA guidelines. None of our accounts have ever experienced any issues due to data breach, or any other security issues. We sign a Business Associate Agreement with every new customer.
    We provide online support accessed directly from your dashboard. Most support questions are addressed online in less than 4 hours (during business hours). We do offer phone support for more complex or training related inquiries if needed.
    This is a tool for the front office. Just as the dentists need their tools in order to perform their procedures, the front office staff needs tools, too. This will save lots of your time, but more importantly, it will benefit the practice as a whole.
    It is our recommendation that your current billing staff should be utilized in a different capacity other than spending hours on the phone doing insurance verifications. They should be focusing on increased production and giving patients more personalized attention and a better overall experience, thereby greatly increasing your patient’s acceptance of treatment plans you initiate. Zuub, or anyone else for that matter, can’t replace all calls to payers, due to either not having an integration, or just needing to verify certain complex cases. We strive to eliminate 85+% of the calls you do have to make.
    If you are trusted enough to make insurance calls, you are also too valuable to sit on “hold”. The time that you save by using our service should allow you to spend time doing things that bring income to the practice – things like following up on unpaid claims, helping with hygiene recall, preparing for case presentations, etc. As mentioned previously, we strive to eliminate 85+% of calls, but due to some payers not having the ability to provide benefits digitally (only eligibility), and complex case verification, there will always be the need to have an excellent insurance/claims coordinator.
    A typical dental practice runs verifications once a treatment plan is created, and again before patients’ appointments but some run verifications less often for their existing patients.
